White House Farm – Sturton: An exclusive development of 5 plots, including 4 bespoke character homes with detailed permission, designed and sold by Fytche-Taylor Planning.  For this site, we entered into a legal agreement with the landowner whereby we fully funded the planning application and all legal fees, with an agreement to purchase the land subject to achieving planning permission.   Sold as individual building plots, the opportunity to build unique character properties in a stunning rural setting attracted an exceptionally high level of interest, with all plots selling shortly after we achieved planning outline approval in 2020 - then Reserved Matters in 2021.  We have a number of buyers still waiting for similar plots so if you have land / building plots to sell, please get in touch!
