St Germains Way | Scothern, Lincoln
Planning permission granted for 53 new homes in a beautiful rural setting

Plans approved for 53 new homes in Scothern, close to the city of Lincoln.
The land off St Germains Way forms the second phase of the popular Cathedral View development built by our clients and local family developers Deers Leap Property and Truelove Property.
We’re thrilled to announce that planning permission has been secured after submitting our detailed application in early 2024. This exciting residential project, pending the finalisation of a s106 agreement, will bring substantial investments to local infrastructure, enhancing education, healthcare, and community services.
With its village charm and beautiful landscaping, the development will feature an array of house types and showcase the outstanding design and local craftsmanship that our clients are renowned for. Set against a peaceful rural backdrop, with traditional estate fencing, stonework and brick drives these properties are just a short stroll from the local primary school, the charming Bottle and Glass pub, and nearby play areas.
Each home will boast spacious gardens, dedicated parking, and a fusion of contemporary style and eco-conscious living. With PV solar panels, EV charging points, and air source heat pumps, these residences are built for energy efficiency and a sustainable future—perfect for modern lifestyles.
