Our latest planning approval for Phase 4 grants permission for 47 new homes (January 2025) at this hugely popular site.

Fytche-Taylor was first appointed by Truelove Property nearly 5 years ago at the concept design stage for The Hawthorns, and we are thrilled to confirm that following approval of the Reserved Matters and preliminary infrastructure works, construction is now underway on this stunning new residential development in the heart of the ever-popular village of Nettleham, near Lincoln.
Originally commissioned to provide planning advice and prepare a detailed Design and Access Statement to ensure that the development aligned with the local character requirements of the Nettleham Neighbourhood Plan, our team of in-house chartered consultants have since prepared further planning applications and site design improvements, together with additional changes that will enhance the range of house types offered.
New homes are expected to be available in late 2025, with a sales office on-site soon. Stay tuned for updates!
