Appointed by Truelove Property and Construction Lincoln to undertake a review of the planning application for a development of 68 residential dwellings on an allocated site in Nettleham near Lincoln. We were commissioned to provide a detailed Design and Access Statement that responded to the full design requirements of the Nettleham Neighbourhood Plan, Central Lincolnshire Local Plan and National Planning Policy.
