White hart Hotel and public house newton on trent | lincoln
Change of use - Former hotel and public house to residential white hart hotel | newton on trent | lincoln
It has been a pleasure to work with our clients RPHG Developments Ltd to secure another planning approval – this time to bring this long-term empty property back into use.
Vacant since the pub finally closed in 2013, and with the full support of the parish council, the historic former White Hart in Newton on Trent can now be sensitively restored and renovated to form 3 bespoke new family homes.
The substantial building is recognised as a local heritage asset and positioned close to several listed buildings in the heart of the village. Following the failure of multiple attempts to revive the premises for use as a pub, the focus became very much about preservation and conservation through sensitive design.
