We are delighted to confirm that this stunning self-build family home has been granted full planning permission.
Located on a substantial plot in the sought-after village of Sudbrooke, near Lincoln, the new home lies in easy walking distance of local amenities.
The unique design created by our client began with their search for the perfect plot that would accommodate their dream home. The site was originally occupied by a bungalow and detached garage awkwardly positioned to one side, with much of the large garden area becoming overgrown and unkept.
Approaching Fytche-Taylor Planning with a clear vision of what they wanted to achieve, we were commissioned to turn their dream into a reality by preparing a robust planning application that addressed the requirements of the adopted neighbourhood plan and the policies of the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan.
Submitted in mid-September 2023, we liaised throughout with the planning officer and agreed some minor amendments along the way, then received a positive decision from the LPA just 8 weeks later!
