More about this Development....We were pleased to be invited by the original owner of Holme Farm to work in collaboration with their architectural team and heritage advisor to lead the planning case for the proposed renovation and restoration of the Grade II listed Farmhouse at Holme Farm, plus the proposed conversion (to residential) of several curtilage listed outbuildings, including an attractive grain store and crew yard.. 

Our services provided on this project included:

  • Site visit and survey inspections
  • Aerial and building-level photographic record
  • Provision of planning advice and options appraisal
  • Preparation of a detailed pre-application submission to the LPA
  • Coordination of all third parties 
  • Attendance at several meetings with Planning and Conservation Officers
  • Liaison with architectural team and client throughout
  • Additional support at the Planning & Listed Building Application Stages for the new owners (the site was sold following our positive pre-application stages (Full Planning was subsequently granted in autumn 2023).
