Planning Application Approved! Permission has been granted for our client's large home extension at their property in North Hykeham.
For this project we were approached to create design options to suit their budget and personal needs, as well as produce a detailed tender pack to help them get accurate fee proposals from local builders to carry out the work. Once the design was agreed, we applied for planning permission and received consent in just 8 weeks, allowing them to book their preferred builder so that work can start in the next few months.

- Site visit, client meeting, provision of comprehensive planning advice, calculate likely build costs & provide design guidance
- Prepare sketch proposals with a choice of options and a detailed tender pack
- Prepare final planning drawings and scale plans, then prepare the full planning application
- Submission of the application to the council & Liaison with local planning authority up to approval (North Kesteven District Council)
