Approved January 2024 - Our clients came to us seeking advice on how to regularise the commercial use of their former agricultural sheds. We used 'Class R' Prior Approval regulations to secure consent.

For this project, all work was completed in-house, including;

  • measured building surveys
  • scale and building plans
  • application submitted under Class R with supporting statement
  • dealing with the planning department from start to finish

Class R regulations came into force in April 2015 under the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
