Central Lincs: open for business? 17 September 2020

New reports published today for the Central Lincolnshire Joint Planning Committee make interesting reading; essentially recommending no major shake-up of the overall growth targets for the area or a change to the focus of growth in the main towns (despite persistent non-delivery in Gainsborough and Sleaford and Government's "Build, Build, Build" message!).

A new timetable (see photo) has been proposed for the Local Plan review, with a draft version expected Jan '21. The committee will consider the recommendations and the proposed timetable next week. More updates to follow...
