The client brief for this project was to provide an attractive addition to their home, in keeping with the existing dwelling whilst providing lots of natural light and space and maximising the unique marina views.
Following consultation with the client the design solution was to provide multiple room remodelling with feature gable window and large bifold doors opening into the newly formed balcony and roof terrace. Traditional materials were utilised in the build with intricate detailing, matching brickwork & glass balcony surround to complement.
The end solution provided the client with exactly what they wanted a light, bright and airy addition that can be used all year round.
