Planning Application approved and Listed Building Consent granted for our client’s barn conversion situated in the heart of the village of South Rauceby in Lincolnshire.
Our meticulous planning case and heritage-led design will see this stunning 180-year-old listed property be sensitively converted into a truly unique new home. Constructed around 1840-50, the stone barn includes parts of an even earlier structure, thought to be first depicted on the 1824 ordnance survey maps.
